Rear storage room with an opening window, accessed via a single fully ledged and braced lockable external side door. The summerhouse entrance are lockable doors to the front. Fully felted solid timber roof. Large pane glazing. Full length glazed doors and two front fixed windows. Toughened glass. All versions have one top hung half opening vent window and one fixed on both sides. 18" front roof overhang. Spirit based timber treatment throughout.
Optional extras available on the Sanctuary include:
Georgian style windows and doors with 'antique' style fittings (with Georgian style, both opening windows open their full length). Cedar slatted roof. Pressure treated floor bearers.
